🎾 2026 Community Program Grants Are Now Open! 🎾
The South Carolina Tennis Foundation is excited to announce that applications are now being accepted for our 2026 Community Program Grants!
These grants support programs that expand access to tennis throughout South Carolina, with a special focus on:
✅ Underserved youth
✅ Diversity-focused initiatives
✅ School-based programs
✅ Wheelchair tennis
✅ Blind & visually impaired tennis
✅ Adaptive tennis programs
✨ What’s New for 2026?
🔹 Rolling Applications – Apply anytime throughout the year until available funds are exhausted. Early applications are encouraged!
🔹 One-Year Grant Awards – Grants will now be awarded on a one-year basis.
🎾 Who Should Apply?
Community Tennis Associations (CTAs), parks & recreation departments, schools, NJTL programs, Special Olympics programs, nonprofits, and other community organizations making a difference through tennis.

Applications will be reviewed as they are received, and funding will be awarded until all available funds have been distributed.
These grants help remove barriers to participation and create opportunities for players of all ages and abilities across South Carolina.

🎾 SCTF JUNIOR SPOTLIGHT: The Burch Tennis Family | Aiken, SC 🎾
Four siblings. Four divisions. One incredible South Carolina tennis story.
Meet Caleb, Sienna, Noah, and Joseph Burch — a family making their mark across South Carolina junior tennis from 10U to 16s.
⭐ Caleb (Boys’ 10U) is developing a strong foundation with focus and discipline.
⭐ Sienna (Girls’ 12s) brings fearless energy and exciting athleticism to every match.
⭐ Noah (Boys’ 14s) is known for consistency, maturity, and leadership.
⭐ Joseph (Boys’ 16s) competes with strategy and confidence under pressure.
Recently, all four siblings competed in the Palmetto Championships in Belton, one of South Carolina’s most historic junior tournaments dating back to 1957. Events like these provide valuable match experience while building sportsmanship, growth, and lifelong memories.
The Burch family also recognizes the impact of the South Carolina Tennis Foundation (SCTF) and its mission to expand opportunities for junior players through support for tennis development and competition across the state.
Their story is a reminder that tennis is more than results—it’s family, community, character, and a love of the game. 🎾❤️
