This month, we’re sharing simple and realistic ways caregivers can practice self-care during busy seasons—because self-care doesn’t have to be expensive, take hours, or require childcare to count.

We’re also highlighting our Board President, Mary, who attended the 2026 OSEP Conference in Arlington, Virginia, where she connected with professionals and advocates and learned about resources and practices supporting children with disabilities and their families.

Join us for our next Families Together Support Group Coffee Chat on August 28. There’s no agenda and no presentation—just a relaxed space to connect with other families, talk about how the transition back to school is going, and support one another.
