For our next member, meet Irvin De La Cruz! Irvin’s a sophomore at NC State University majoring in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Structural Engineering.

About Irvin: “What drew me to CCSA was the chance to give back to my community. Growing up, I faced many challenges, but with the support of my teachers and other individuals, I was able to succeed and get to where I’m at today. Through CCSA, I am excited to help students accomplish their goals.”

Fun Fact: Irvin’s first concert was Los Tigres del Norte!

Meet Jagger Zeidel! Jagger is a second-year student at Catawba Valley Community College. After CVCC, Jagger will transfer to NC State University to major in Mechanical Engineering.

About Jagger: “CCSA is extremely important to me because I want to have a positive impact on my community. In high school I often felt misled and confused about college, in fact, I didn’t even know if I was going to pursue a college degree until my senior year! I want to do my part to help high school students see that the road to college doesn’t have to be scary and confusing. I want to empower them to chase their dreams.”
