💊 Happy National Pharmacy Week! 💙

Did you know that CCM has its own pharmacy? Our pharmacy helps eligible patients access the medications they need at little to no cost!

Pharmacy services are available to patients with a current GHCCM Healthcare Card and current patients of Kintegra Health who meet program eligibility requirements.

We are incredibly grateful for our pharmacy staff and volunteers who faithfully serve our community. Their compassion and dedication help ensure that more individuals have access to essential, life-saving medications. ❤️

At CCM, we believe our community is better when we work together. We’re so grateful to Spread Kind Hearts INC for their generous donation of clothing to our Crisis Closet!

Moments like these remind us of the power of coming together to meet the needs of our neighbors. We’re thankful for the support of local nonprofits, organizations, and community members who share our commitment to making a difference in the lives of others.

We were honored to spend part of this past weekend at St. John’s Church, a mission location of First United Methodist Church in Hickory, sharing information about the services available through CCM!

Our clinic staff were also able to provide free blood pressure checks, giving us another opportunity to connect with and serve our community. 🩺

We love visiting local churches, organizations, and community events to share what we’re doing at CCM and how we can help connect people with resources and support.

Walgreens pharmacy staff will be back in our clinic lobby this Wednesday to provide FREE vaccines to our community! ❤️

Available vaccines include:
