When we set our Period Action Day goal, we hoped to collect 1,000 period products for women Across the Four.

Because of this incredible community, you didn't just meet that goal.. You more than DOUBLED it.

Together, you've donated 2,505 period products to No Strings Attached, helping ensure more women have access to basic necessities with dignity and without barriers.

Thank you for showing up, caring deeply, and proving once again that community care changes lives.

Tomorrow marks the start of early voting in North Carolina!
At Women's Resource Center, we believe informed and engaged communities are stronger communities.
We encourage everyone who is eligible to learn about their voting options and make a plan to participate.

A global call to build a , and we're answering it right here at home!

No Strings Attached provides free menstrual hygiene products for women Across the Four counties we serve, helping ensure that no one has to choose between basic necessities and period products.

Our most-needed items include:
• Regular pads with wings
• Super pads with wings
• Super tampons
• Super+ tampons

We're also excited to begin offering menstrual cups and discs, expanding access to sustainable, long-lasting menstrual care options.

This Period Action Day, organizations around the world are working toward a collective goal of 1 million donated menstrual products.

In Catawba, Caldwell, Alexander, and Burke counties, more than 11,000 teenage girls are growing up... based on national data, 24% of those teens struggle to afford period products... meaning somewhere between 2,600 and 2,900 Catawba Valley teens are facing period poverty Every. Single. Month.

Through No Strings Attached, we provide free pads, tampons, and menstrual care items on our front porch 24/7.
We also have NSA items at CVCC, WPCC, and the Valdese Housing Authority.
