Good morning Love Your Neighbor of Hickory friends!! Love Your Neighbor of Hickory is a local group that desires to bless one family per month with the love of Christ. We meet the practical needs of any family nominated and provide them with meals, help, gift cards, etc. We are relaunching this group in April. (We've been on sabbatical due to McGrath family needs). Just give to everyone an update on the Porter family, Roxy and her girls are doing much better. They so appreciate the love and care that was poured out on them in the month of May. Savannah is recovering nicely from her surgery, and Roxy was able to take her mom and her girls to the zoo for Mothers' Day - a treat that they were hoping for, but did not think that they were able to do this year. There were tears of gratitude! Thank you so much to everyone who participated in blessing this sweet family. Stay tuned... tomorrow morning you will meet our family of the month for June.
