We've received reports from some AT&T FirstNet users who are experiencing intermittent difficulties dialing us from their devices. Our research indicates this is not an isolated issue to MedEvac and may be impacting users calling other numbers as well. Please know your call matters to us, and we're actively engaged to troubleshoot the issue with the various providers involved. If you experience this issue, please drop us a DM. One solution: please use and save (800)AIR-HELP which translates to: (800) 247-4357 to your device. This number is not impacted by the recent technical issues. We have numerous phone lines for redundancy and encourage this as our primary number.
