This week we are featuring Med Evac Colorado’s Med Evac 2! This bird is a 2011 Airbus Eurocopter AS350 B3. ME2 is based out of Foothills Hospital in Boulder, Colorado.

Beyond excited to announce ground has been broken on a new multi-million dollar hanger and office facility for our Banner Med Evac team at Casper Natrona County International Airport! This represents our long term commitment to the community and the patients we serve. Once complete, the hanger will be able to house both a helicopter and fixed wing and give our crews the ability to get in the air quicker thanks to the improved logistics the site will offer!

We want to thank all our crews and first responders that worked over the busy 4th of July holiday weekend keeping everyone safe as our nation celebrated its 250th anniversary. Our Casper, Wyoming team remote based at Alcova Reservoir to support the festivities. Med Evac regularly partners with local communities, fire, EMS and law enforcement to keep large gatherings safe.
