Thank you, Chevron Colorado for inviting Greeley-Weld Habitat for Humanity to the Partnership Palooza!

It was a wonderful opportunity to connect with Chevron employees and share how Habitat partnerships across Greeley and Weld County open the doors to affordable homeownership for local, hardworking families. Chevron has invested deeply in
making the Hope Springs community a reality — through significant financial support and countless volunteer hours — and continues investing in the mission today with both manpower and funding. We are grateful to Chevron for bringing community organizations together and for the chance to share our work and our gratitude for building a future together.

Welcome home, Quesada Family!

Frankie Quesada and his three children have officially closed on their Habitat Home! This is homeowner 35 of 174 in the Hope Springs development.

Frankie is a proud veteran and devoted father of three. When his daughter became seriously ill, Frankie made the difficult decision to change careers so he could have the flexibility to take her to the many doctor appointments she needed while continuing to work hard to provide for his children.

As the fourth Veteran Build homeowner, Frankie’s Habitat Home brought together volunteers, community partners, and supporters who wanted to honor his service and help him build the next chapter for his family.

The papers are signed, the keys are in hand, and the Quesada Family is HOME!
Congratulations, Frankie and family!

We are honored to have such a steadfast partner continuously working towards our vision of a world where everyone has a decent place to live.

Thank you, FNBO, for investing in this important work and helping us build stronger communities, one by one.

Congressman Gabe Evans joined Greeley-Weld Habitat for Humanity for a tour of Hope Springs, seeing firsthand what attainable homeownership can mean for families in our community.

Together, they walked through the neighborhood and talked about the growing challenges of reaching homeownership, the power of owning a home to build equity and opportunity, and what it takes to keep that dream within reach for hardworking families. He met homeowners, toured the development, and was introduced to the opportunities created by the Hope Spring model.

We are grateful for the opportunity to share this work with Congressman Evans and bring the voices, experiences, and hopes of Weld County families into a larger conversation about housing.

Thank you, Congressman Evans, for visiting, listening, and taking these stories with you to Washington.

A new beginning for Fetiya and her daughter!

The Kedir Family has officially closed on their Habitat Home, home of 34 of 174 in development at Hope Springs.

For Fetiya, reaching homeownership means something especially important: having a place where she and her daughter can finally settle in and make a real home their own. Before Habitat, the two shared a small three-bedroom home with a family friend, splitting the rent because affordable housing options were limited.

As the sole provider for her family, Fetiya has carried a lot on her shoulders while working to find a brighter future for her daughter.

Today, she gets to open the door as a homeowner knowing their future begins now.
Congratulations to the Kedir Family on this incredible milestone!
