A few things that help:
💧 Keep water visible and within reach
🍉 Eat water-rich foods like cucumbers, melon, and berries
☕ Limit caffeine and alcohol in the heat
🕗 Drink consistently throughout the day, not just when thirsty

Know the signs:
🌡️ Body temperature above 103°F
🧠 Confusion or unusual behavior
🫀 Rapid, strong pulse
🚫 No sweating despite the heat
If you see these signs in someone, call 911 and move them to a cool place immediately.
