On April 21st, 2007, the landscape of the University of Northern Colorado changed forever. Five motivated students walked these same UNC grounds and saw a need for something deeper. A brotherhood that didn’t just exist, but one that enlightened. They stepped up to establish the second chapter in the state of Colorado, building a foundation that was destined to be far greater than themselves.

Today marks 19 years since that first spark. Nineteen years of Academics, Brotherhood, and Culture. Nineteen years of being men of mind, men of culture, and men of pride.

When we speak of being an “educated, amiable individual whose personality and charisma transcends and enlightens all cultures and social classes,” we aren’t just reciting words we are honoring a 19-year-old promise. We are the living proof of a vision that started with just five men and has grown into a lineage of Hermanos who lead with heart and integrity.

To the five founders who saw the potential in this campus and had the courage to build this chapter from the ground up: we honor you. To the Hermanos who have walked these halls before us and kept the flame alive through every season: we thank you.

Today, we carry the torch with pride, knowing that we stand on the shoulders of giants. The culture has shifted, the legacy is set, and the flame burns brighter than ever.
