Thank you to everyone who joined us for this year’s Homes & Hope Legacy Luncheon. We gathered with Legacy Society members and supporters for an afternoon of fellowship, reflection, and gratitude, highlighted by inspiring remarks from Ryan VerWys, Rev. Ericka White, and Hank Kroondyk as he shared reflections from his years of service at ICCF.

The afternoon concluded with a tour of Tate & Thomas Apartments, ICCF’s newest affordable housing community, where guests learned about the site’s history, neighborhood roots, and vision for creating homes and hope for generations to come.

Thank you for making Good Neighbor Week so special! 💙

We’re grateful for everyone who gave, shared, fundraised, and helped celebrate what it means to be a good neighbor. Your support helps strengthen connections and build thriving neighborhoods across our community.

James grew a strong neighborhood one seed at a time.

When he began caring for raised beds at Southgate Senior Living, James thought he was maintaining fresh vegetables for his apartment complex. Instead, he cultivated community.

Through his dedication, the garden has become a gathering place where residents share stories, swap recipes and learn from one another.

James reminds that sharing your skills with and investing in the people around us grows community.
