☀️ Summer is here, and so are our 2026 summer hours!
Beginning today, the Youth Center will be open Monday through Friday from 1:00–5:00 PM. We can’t wait to spend the summer with you!

📚 Is your child entering 5th grade this fall? We still have a few spots available in our August Summer Reading Program! Designed to help prevent summer learning loss, the program includes daily reading and academic review while giving incoming YC members a chance to get comfortable at the center, make new friends, and have plenty of fun before the school year begins.

Thank you to everyone who came out to support our 2026 Youth Center Trivia Contest! We couldn’t have done it without the help of our sponsors: DeMattos Insurance Agency, O’Leary Overhead Door, and Hilltop Construction💛And another huge thank you to everyone who made the event happen: The Elks Lodge, Angelina’s Pizzeria, Illuminated Audio, and NPC Labs Trivia! Before you know it, it will be time to welcome the new 5th graders into the Youth Center through our Summer Reading Program!🎉 Each August we open up the YC to our incoming 5th graders to brush up on some reading, writing, and math skills—we also have a whole lot of fun with daily games, STEAM challenges, puzzles, and LUNCH!😍
We only have room for a max of 30 students,
so be sure to email us soon to secure your spot!☀️🍉📖

Thank you to the Glens Falls Tree Commission for helping our kids plant a sugar maple tree in the front yard of the Matt Congdon Wellness Center! Even the mayor, Diana Palmer, came by to help us mark this special occasion! We can’t wait to watch this tree grow over the years alongside the children that we serve at the YC🌱🌳💛
