As we head into the summer season, our Group Exercise schedule will be scaling back slightly. Please take note of the following class changes:

Summer Break
STARTING IN JULY, the following classes will not be on the summer schedule:

Monday: 4:30 PM Step
Tuesday: 1:15 PM Yoga for All & 4:30 PM Pilates
Thursday: 1:15 PM Yoga for All & 4:30 PM Body Pump
Friday: 6:05 AM Rise & Stretch

We appreciate your understanding as we adjust our schedule for the summer months. Be sure to explore the robust schedule. New and existing classes offer a strong lineup to keep you active, energized, and motivated all season long! 💪🌿

🌟 Please join us in welcoming Courtney Trembley to the Glens Falls YMCA! 🌟

The Saratoga Regional YMCA - Glens Falls Branch is excited to welcome Courtney Trembley as our new Programming Director!

Courtney steps into this important leadership role with a strong educational background, including a Master’s degree in Sport Management and a Bachelor’s in Physical Education, along with nearly a decade of experience in education and coaching. She brings not only deep expertise, but also a genuine passion for youth development and creating meaningful community impact.

Throughout her career, Courtney has built a reputation for fostering strong relationships, leading engaging programs, organizing impactful events, and, most importantly, supporting and inspiring young people. Her commitment to service and community shines through in all that she does, and we are grateful to have her energy and purpose joining our leadership team.

Courtney shared that she is “so excited for the opportunity to become part of the YMCA organization,” and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome her into our community.

As the Glens Falls Y continues to expand and reimagine youth and family programming, Courtney’s leadership will help us dream bigger, reach further, and deepen our impact across our community. The future is bright for our kids, our families, and our entire Y.

Get ready, Glens Falls—something BIG is coming to the court this summer!

The Glens Falls YMCA is proud to partner with Try To Block It Basketball to bring you an unforgettable 2-day experience:

🏀 “The Jimmer Camp” 🏀

Named after hometown legend and former NBA star Jimmer Fredette, this one-of-a-kind camp gives young athletes the chance to learn, compete, and be inspired—right in the same gym where Jimmer grew up playing!

🔥 Special Highlight:
Jimmer himself will be making a special appearance and helping instruct during the camp!

✨ Volunteer Spotlight & Birthday Celebration – Max! 🎉

Our volunteers are so much more than any one thing, and if you know Max, you know exactly what we mean.

Max is often the first to greet you with a warm smile and a hug. You’ll find him helping tirelessly in our wellness center, the front lobby, and just about anywhere he’s needed. He shines as if carried by rays of sunshine, taking pride in caring for our spaces; cleaning door handles, railings, tabletops, and windows with dedication and joy.

But what truly makes Max special is his spirit. It’s unflappable, kind, and deeply genuine. He has a beautiful way of connecting with others that makes everyone feel seen, valued, and welcome.

Today, we have the honor of celebrating Max and his birthday, hoping to reflect even a small piece of the light he brings to all of us back to him. 💛

Please join us in wishing Max a truly magical birthday! We are so grateful for him and for all he brings to the Y and the community we serve.
