🎉 Heidi Jones! 🎉

Heidi, our Recreational Therapist at Senior TLC - Shelby, has been recognized this month for her teamwork, compassion, and unwavering commitment to supporting both participants and fellow team members.

She consistently goes above and beyond, whether it's spending one-on-one time helping a participant feel safe and comfortable during a difficult transition, providing support to family members, assisting with visits and care plan reviews, or helping with deliveries. Heidi is always willing to lend a helping hand, answer questions, and step in wherever support is needed. Her patience, adaptability, and dedication make a meaningful difference in the lives of our participants and contribute greatly to the success of our care teams.

Senior TLC - Charlotte helps older adults get the care and support they need to continue living safely in their homes and communities.

Our service area includes:

• Cabarrus County: All ZIP codes
• Mecklenburg County: All ZIP codes
• Union County: All ZIP codes
• Stanly County: ZIP codes 28097, 28109, 28129, 28137 and 28163

To enroll in Senior TLC, participants must be 55 or older, live within our service area and be able to live safely in the community with the support of Senior TLC services.
