Advancing PACE (Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly), thereby transforming healthcare in North Carolina.

PACE – Programs of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly - provides comprehensive health care and services that allow individuals 55 years and older who qualify for nursing facility level of care to remain in the community with their friends and family. North Carolina PACE Association promotes this proven program and works to expand it so that all North Carolinians have access to PACE services. We know that PACE provides better care, an improved quality of life and is cost-effective.

Teresa, our Participant Services Representative at Senior TLC - Shelby, has been recognized for her dedication, teamwork, and commitment to supporting both our participants and staff.

She consistently goes above and beyond, whether it's helping coworkers find answers and resources, stepping in to meet unexpected needs, or taking the initiative to tackle tasks that help keep the center running smoothly. Teresa is always willing to lend a helping hand wherever it's needed and continually demonstrates a team-first approach to supporting those around her. Her reliability, positive attitude, and willingness to go the extra mile make a meaningful difference for our participants and team members every day.

🎃 Can you help? We're hosting a trunk-or-treat event on campus on October 30, and we've had a lot of preschool groups register to attend!

🍬 We're asking folks to supplement our supply of candy with other donations they may like to contribute. If you're able to help with candy, stickers, or other trick-or-treat items, we'd appreciate your support in making trunk-or-treat an extra-special occasion!

Simply drop off your donations at our front desk during regular business hours by October 29, and we'll make the magic happen! 🤩
