At Lending Hand Orphanage, we believe every child deserves love, safety, and the opportunity to dream of a better future. Our orphanage provides shelter, nutritious meals, education, and medical care to vulnerable children who have lost parental support or come from extremely difficult circumstances.

Every day, we work to create a warm and supportive environment where these children can grow, learn, and feel valued. Beyond providing a home, we also reach out to sick children in hospitals and support struggling communities, bringing hope where it is needed most.

Lending Hand Orphanage had always believed that love should travel beyond its walls. One bright morning, the caregivers gathered the children early, carefully packing gift bags filled with storybooks, crayons, teddy bears, and fresh fruit. The children buzzed with excitement,they knew today was special. They were going to the hospital.
As the bus arrived at the children’s ward, the atmosphere shifted from quiet and clinical to warm and lively. Nurses smiled as the Lending Hand team walked in, wearing their blue shirts and carrying gifts. Some of the young patients looked shy at first, while others watched with curious eyes from their beds.
Little by little, the room began to change.
One volunteer knelt beside a boy recovering from surgery and handed him a soft teddy bear. His face lit up instantly. Nearby, two girls from the orphanage sat with a patient, helping her color a rainbow in a picture book. Laughter began to replace the heavy silence that often filled the ward.
The caregivers didn’t just bring gifts,they brought time, kindness, and gentle conversation. They prayed quietly with those who wished, sang soft songs, and shared encouraging words with worried parents. For a few precious hours, the hospital room felt less like a place of sickness and more like a place of hope.
