Help us celebrate the people who make Phoenix so special!

As we prepare for our upcoming Employee Appreciation Gala, we'd love to hear from YOU! We're inviting our community to share anonymous notes of appreciation for our staff.

Maybe a staff member made a difference in your life. Maybe someone helped you through a difficult time, made you feel welcome, or simply showed you kindness when you needed it most. Your message can recognize a specific employee, an entire department, or our Phoenix team as a whole.

You don’t need to prove that you’re struggling enough to deserve support.

Maybe nothing is technically “wrong,” but you haven’t felt like yourself lately.
Maybe you’re getting everything done, but it takes everything you have to do it.
Maybe you’re dealing with anxiety, grief, stress, depression, relationship changes, or something you can’t quite put into words.

You don’t have to compare what you’re experiencing to someone else’s struggles, and you don’t have to wait until you reach a crisis.

Sometimes the reason to ask for help is simply: “I want to feel better than I do right now.”

That’s enough.

Community partners, when someone needs help, you don’t have to figure out the next step alone.

Our Mobile Crisis Management and MORES teams are always happy to partner with schools, healthcare providers, first responders, community organizations, and other agencies to help connect individuals and families with the support they need.
Our teams can provide assessments, help determine the appropriate level of care, and connect people with behavioral health resources and services.

Mobile Crisis Management serves adults and children throughout Gaston, Cleveland, and Lincoln counties.

MORES provides mobile crisis support specifically for children and adolescents, with continued short-term stabilization and family support following the initial crisis.

Recovery Month may be coming to an end, but recovery happens every day.

Throughout September, we had the opportunity to celebrate alongside our communities in Lincoln, Cleveland, and Gaston counties. We shared a lot of food, made new connections, welcomed community partners, and most importantly, celebrated the people doing the hard work of recovery.

To everyone who joined us, volunteered, provided resources, or helped make our three cookouts possible: thank you.

And to everyone in recovery, no matter where you are in the process, we hope you know how much your progress is worth celebrating.

September gives us a reason to talk about recovery a little louder. Our commitment to supporting it continues all year long.
