The money raised by the Humanitarian Foundation is used to help children with special needs with their dental care costs.

✨DID YOU KNOW ✨ that oral health impacts your overall health?

Oral hygiene is essential for maintaining healthy teeth and gums. However, many people don’t realize that oral health is also closely connected to overall health and well-being.

When oral health is neglected, harmful bacteria can build up in the mouth. These bacteria may spread throughout the body and contribute to serious health conditions such as Cardiovascular Disease and Diabetes.

Learning how to prevent harmful infections and bacteria in the mouth can sometimes feel overwhelming. That’s why the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine recommends these research-backed steps to maintain good oral health:

♦️Brush your teeth with fluoride toothpaste
♦️Floss daily to remove food particles a toothbrush can’t reach
♦️Rinse with antibacterial mouthwash
♦️Visit your dental care provider regularly for cleanings
♦️Eat a well-balanced diet and limit sugar intake
♦️Avoid to***co products
