Smoking impact: To***co smoke is the leading cause, tied to up to 90% of cases.

Nonsmokers: Anyone with lungs can get the disease; environmental factors like radon and asbestos also play a role.
Early detection: Low-dose CT scans save lives for high-risk individuals.

Common Symptoms:

A cough that does not go away
Constant chest pain
Short breath or wheezing
Coughing up blood
Tiredness or sudden weight loss
