Key City proposal meeting is underway with committee members reviewing all the class submissions from fire service leaders and instructors from all over the country. This year we hit record breaking numbers with 154 proposals sent in from instructors.

Thank you to everyone who took the time to submit an idea to be considered. With this stack of peppers we have to go through it will take some time to get all the notifications made. Please be patient with us as we navigate this process. Key City 2027 LFG🔥🔥🔥

SUBMISSIONS ARE CLOSED!!
Thank you to all of the instructors who submitted a class proposal for the 2027 Key City Fire Conference.
The conference committee will be going through the proposals to make selections over the next few weeks.
If you've made a submission, keep an eye on your emails for our response.

This evening we will be closing out our “Call for Presenters” for the 2027 Key City Fire Conference!

Class proposals are currently being accepted and will close tonight at exactly 1159 (2359hrs) making it officially July 27th, 2026. We welcome new and returning instructors to submit your class ideas for review. We are accepting proposals for those interested in teaching:

-1.30hr Lectures
-8hr H.O.T classes

Recently we received this plaque from the members and staff at . This amazing design came as a “Thank You” for what we have done as a conference to support them. As no thank you is needed, this came as a nice surprise.

As much as our conference is about supporting our own benevolent fund, we always like to give onto others. Each year we pick a new charity to donate to in addition to our own to help others in need. The whole thing is about giving back!
