This group made things happen every day leading up to the conference, during the conference and the close out the day after it ended. No task too big, and with everyone having one goal in mind…to help to make a conference for people to remember.

Today the conference committe made a special donation. In an effort to help with good training, the conference donated special fabricated burn furniture to our academy (Frederick County Fire/Rescue Training Academy). This burn furniture is 1403 compliant that gives students an opportunity to search over and under things like beds, bunk beds and other kinds of furniture. The furniture was made by one of our own Frederick Firefighter Andrew Daweese.

Our Academy (Frederick County Fire/Rescue) supports our conference in so many ways. Allowing us to use the grounds, props, equipment and staff that helps run the facility during the conference (on their days off). Our simple way of saying thank you, was to provide them with something that not only helps our conference but helps them teach recruits and members training when the conference is not in session.
