We are very excited to be working with an amazing new partner!

The Backcountry Discovery Routes team ia a 501c(3) non-profit organization that creates off-highway routes for adventure and dual-sport motorcycle travel. The organization’s work includes promoting rider education and safety campaigns, driving a positive economic impact to rural communities, and encouraging responsible motorcycle travel in the backcountry. Through the careful investment of funds and working with land managers and other public benefit organizations, BDR seeks to keep remote roads open for motorcycling for generations to come.

The BDR Team has recently launched the Military Veterans of the BDR initiative, spearheaded by Marc Axelberg, a BDR Ambassador, who is also an MRP Relief Ride Alumni, so he knows first hand the impact MRP has on the lives of its participants.

We honor the service of women veterans every day… but want to take opportunity today, June 12, to call it out extra loud, as it’s National Women Veterans Recognition Day!

We conduct one women’s ride a year, for female veterans and first responders. We are honored to provide this relief to the female veterans (and first responders) who have sacrificed in the name of service.

Thank you for your service. And for supporting MRP!

Women Veterans Recognition Day is celebrated on June 12th to honor the service and sacrifice of women who have worn the uniform.
