This month, UpSpire celebrates 10 years of service, growth, and impact in Fort Worth.

UpSpire started as Clean Slate in 2016 with a vision to empower individuals by lowering barriers to meaningful employment opportunities. What began as a small enterprise with just 2 employees has now grown to a full operation that provides over 250 full-time jobs with benefits. UpSpire is changing lives, strengthening communities, and creating pathways to success.

As we look back at the memories, milestones, and people who helped shape our journey, we're reminded that every opportunity created has a story behind it.

We're building something GREATER!

Construction continues on the Greater Good Collective, and with plans to open later this summer, the vision is taking shape. There's still plenty of of work ahead -- and our crew is helping bring it to life by building custom furniture and display pieces throughout the space.

Greater Good Collective will include a donation station (Greater Give), a coffeehouse (Greater Grounds), a thrift store (Greater Grab), and a curated boutique (Greater Goods).

The best part? We will be creating nearly 30 jobs for women and mothers who often face barriers to employment. Stay tuned for updates as we get closer to opening day!
