💜👗 GG CLOSET COMMUNITY SALE! 👠💜
Okay y’all, we’re switching it up a little! 👀
We have adult/mature clothing that doesn’t fit the mission of GG CLOSET, so instead of letting those items sit, we’re turning them into a blessing! 🙌🏽
We’ll be hosting a FREE Saturday afternoon sale from 12PM–2PM, where you can shop some of our adult/mature clothing and help us raise money to purchase something our kids desperately need:
🩲 NEW UNDERWEAR
🧦 NEW SOCKS
💰 SALE PRICES:
👕 Shirts — $3
👖 Pants — $6
👟 Shoes — $10
Every dollar raised will go directly toward purchasing new underwear and socks for the children we serve. 💜
📅 SALE DATES WILL BE POSTED!
So come shop, find you something good, and help us keep the kids’ drawers stocked! 🩲🧦
This is more than a sale, it’s another way for our community to pour back into GG CLOSET and make sure our babies have the basics they need.

💙 GG CLOSET NEEDS YOUR HELP! 🩷
Our busy season has officially begun! 📚👟👕 And while we are so grateful for the generous back-to-school giveaways happening throughout our community, we want to remind everyone that GG CLOSET provides clothing and shoes to children ALL YEAR LONG.
Back-to-school season brings a huge blessing to families, but once the giveaways are over, the need doesn't stop. Children grow, shoes wear out, seasons change, and families still need help throughout the year.
That’s why we’re asking our community to help us keep our racks stocked! 🩷
👕 NEW OR GENTLY USED CHILDREN’S CLOTHING — ALL SIZES
👟 CHILDREN’S SHOES — ALL SIZES
🩲 NEW, UNOPENED CHILDREN’S UNDERWEAR — ALL SIZES
🧦 NEW CHILDREN’S SOCKS — ALL SIZES
🚨 PLEASE NOTE: GG CLOSET serves children, so we are asking for age-appropriate children’s clothing. Please no mature/conservative adult-style clothing.
Every donation matters. A pair of shoes, a bag of clothes, a pack of underwear, or even a few pairs of socks can help us say “YES” to another child who needs us.
And if you’re wondering what happens after Back-to-School season… we’re still here. ❤️
We don't just show up in August.
GG CLOSET serves children throughout the entire year.

Man... enough is enough. 💔
Two more young lives taken way too soon. Two more families living a nightmare no parent should ever have to face.
From all of us at GG CLOSET, we're praying hard for the parents whose hearts are carrying an unimaginable pain today. We're also lifting up every family affected, every friend, every school, and our entire city. There are no words that can truly comfort this kind of loss, but we're believing God to surround each family with peace and strength.
Our youth are dying before they're even getting the chance to really live, and that should shake every last one of us.
Love on your babies. Check on them. Pray over them. Talk to them. Cover them. We can't keep acting like this is just another day in the city.
Fort Wayne... our hearts are heavy. Lord, wrap Your loving arms around these grieving parents, protect our youth, and heal our community. 🙏🏾🕊️

Happy Mother’s Day to every mother, grandmother, bonus mom, guardian, and woman carrying the weight of love for others every single day. 💐

To the women working, sacrificing, praying, struggling, loving, and still showing up for their kids with strength nobody talks about we see you.
Some of y’all carried families on your back while fighting your own battles in silence. Some of y’all made miracles happen with little to nothing. That kind of love deserves flowers EVERY day.
From all of us at JAKD Outreach Center & GG Closet, today we celebrate the real ones. The nurturers. The protectors. The backbone of the community.
May God continue covering every mother with peace, strength, favor, and love. 🫶🏽
