Today we celebrate all the dads, stepdads, grandpas, father figures, and partners who show up with love, support, and strength every day.

While our work primarily focuses on motherhood, June is also Men’s Health Month. We want all the dads to be healthy for every future Father’s Day to come, so let this be your reminder to schedule that yearly physical, prioritize your health, and take care of yourself, too.

🎉Join us for the Huntertown Heritage Days Parade Mom Walk!🎉

Be Well With Mama is excited to bring moms, dads, families, and caregivers together for our coolest walk yet, in a parade! Decorate your stroller, wagon, or walking device and walk with us in the Heritage Days Parade!

This is a free event but all adults walking in the parade must purchase a t-shirt for $25

Did you know?… Parent’s are more likely to do something if it’s for their kids and not themselves. We think self care is important which is why most of our events are stealth self-care. We like to sneak it in when you don’t expect it. Why is going to a baseball game self-care? You got out of the house with the kids which is a huge accomplishment. We also think being around other parents is important to know you’re not alone. It’s also when you find out that weird thing your kids been doing for the past week is the same thing their kid does. It’s all about connection.
