Yesterday morning, some of our Be Well With Mama moms came together to volunteer for the Vera Bradley Foundation’s Paint the Town Pink event! 🩷

We are so grateful for the incredible work the Vera Bradley Foundation does to support breast cancer research!

Calling all spooky girls, costume queens, and “I bought this outfit with absolutely nowhere to wear it” besties. 👻🩷

While Be Well With Mama’s everyday mission centers around supporting mothers, we wanted to create a night that brings women from across our community together. You DON’T have to be a mom. You don’t have to know anyone coming. Just come ready for a fun night out, meet some new people, and enjoy being surrounded by women in your community. 🩷

Come in a costume OR finally wear that outfit that’s been sitting in your closet waiting for its moment. We’ll have karaoke, spooky movies, a spooky dirty soda bar, charcuterie, women owned vendors to shop, plus dinner and cocktails available for purchase. 🎃

Tickets are $25 and sales END October 8th! Grab your girlfriends or come make some new ones. 👻

✅ Tent Catastrophe? Of course but no one would have known.
✅ Getting vendors setup? Neat and orderly.

From our weekly Walk & Plays to Mama Strong, Moms Night, After the Nest, our Postpartum Nutrition Class, Caminata Bilingüe y Juego, and The Mama Standard LIVE, there’s something happening all month long!

🌳 All September Walk & Plays will be at Kreager Park. Meet us by Taylor’s Dream Playground at 9:45am.
🩷 As always, our goal is to create spaces where motherhood feels a little less lonely and a whole lot more supported.

COOKIES FOR A CAUSE. 🍪🩷

September is a big month for car seat safety, and we’re kicking it off with a pretty sweet fundraiser!

September 1st through 5th, The Duck Oven is donating 50% of every order to Be Well With Mama to help us send TWO members of our team to become certified Child Passenger Safety Technicians (CPSTs)!

This certification will allow us to provide trusted, hands on car seat education and support to families in our community, adding another resource to the ways we can support parents beyond pregnancy and postpartum. So yes… buying cookies is officially supporting safer kiddos and stronger families. We don’t make the rules. 🤭🍪

She Means Business may look like a vendor market from the outside, but it is so much more than that.

It’s women supporting women. It’s giving women owned businesses a space to be seen, celebrated, and supported. It’s bringing our community together for a day filled with connection and purpose. And at the same time, it’s raising funds that allow Be Well With Mama to continue showing up for mothers in our community.

To every sponsor who believed in this event, every vendor who showed up and shared their business, every community partner who helped us spread the word and bring this vision to life, and every single person who came out to shop, support, donate, or simply be part of the day, thank you.

And to our board members and volunteers who worked behind the scenes, carried the details, solved problems, set up, tore down, answered questions, and poured so much into making this happen, thank you. We truly could not do this without you.

Every booth, every sponsorship, every purchase, every share, and every person who walked through She Means Business helped further the work we are doing at Be Well With Mama.

We get to celebrate women owned businesses AND use that celebration to support moms. That’s what makes this event so special.

Thank you for believing in what we’re building. Thank you for showing up for women. Thank you for showing up for moms.
