COOKIES FOR A CAUSE. 🍪🩷

September is a big month for car seat safety, and we’re kicking it off with a pretty sweet fundraiser!

September 1st through 5th, The Duck Oven is donating 50% of every order to Be Well With Mama to help us send TWO members of our team to become certified Child Passenger Safety Technicians (CPSTs)!

This certification will allow us to provide trusted, hands on car seat education and support to families in our community, adding another resource to the ways we can support parents beyond pregnancy and postpartum. So yes… buying cookies is officially supporting safer kiddos and stronger families. We don’t make the rules. 🤭🍪

She Means Business may look like a vendor market from the outside, but it is so much more than that.

It’s women supporting women. It’s giving women owned businesses a space to be seen, celebrated, and supported. It’s bringing our community together for a day filled with connection and purpose. And at the same time, it’s raising funds that allow Be Well With Mama to continue showing up for mothers in our community.

To every sponsor who believed in this event, every vendor who showed up and shared their business, every community partner who helped us spread the word and bring this vision to life, and every single person who came out to shop, support, donate, or simply be part of the day, thank you.

And to our board members and volunteers who worked behind the scenes, carried the details, solved problems, set up, tore down, answered questions, and poured so much into making this happen, thank you. We truly could not do this without you.

Every booth, every sponsorship, every purchase, every share, and every person who walked through She Means Business helped further the work we are doing at Be Well With Mama.

We get to celebrate women owned businesses AND use that celebration to support moms. That’s what makes this event so special.

Join us for a walk on Thursday, August 27th with other bilingual moms in a safe community setting. Come for conversation, support from other moms, and enjoy time in the sun. We will go for a walk with time afterwards for the kids to play in the playground.
