Work Ready Session 6 is coming up on Thursday, June 11, and we could not be more proud of the team stepping in to make it happen.

Jennifer Steigerwald and her Northeast Indiana Works team will lead our youth through a full mock interview experience, bringing over 15 years of expertise connecting job seekers with employers across the region. They know exactly what employers are looking for because they work with them every single day.

And this session is only part of the story. Northeast Indiana Works has been a true partner in Work Ready 2026, showing up as speakers, coaches, and advisors for our Job Fair. Their belief in investing in young people has shaped this program in ways that will stay with our participants long after June 11.

We are grateful, honored, and proud to call them a partner.

Our President & CEO, Aisha R. Arrington, joined fellow community leaders for a tour of the Google Data Center campus in Fort Wayne.

Thank you to Google for the opportunity to visit the site, ask important questions, and learn more about the company's investments, partnerships, and support of our local community.

During the tour, we found the campus to be well-maintained, organized, and surprisingly quiet despite the ongoing construction activity. It was also informative to learn about the measures being taken to conserve energy, protect natural resources, and minimize environmental

This week we are spotlighting two incredible Career Coaches from Ivy Tech Community College, Carrie Black and Joyce Baker, who joined us for Session 3 to help our participants build their resumes and LinkedIn profiles.



Between the two of them, they bring decades of experience, multiple coaching certifications, and a shared belief that every student deserves someone in their corner.
