✨Meet our CoFacilitator for the July 30th Sister Song Circle

🤍 Lauren Richwine 🤍

After a summer solstice reset, we’re humbled to welcome Lauren in guiding this month's Sister Song Circle here in Kekionga territory.

✨ One of the Midwest's pioneering death doulas, an educator, mentor, and advocate for conscious end-of-life care, Lauren has dedicated her life’s work to helping individuals and families navigate life's many transitions with presence, compassion, and courage. Lauren is mother of two daughters, bringing the tenderness and devotion of both motherhood and deep service to the spaces she holds.

✨ Sister Song Circle

Join us for an evening of song, reflection, and shared presence as we explore the sacred space of endings and new beginnings.

Together we'll honor transitions that have shaped us through a ribbon ritual and gentle vocal exploration.

🌻No singing experience is needed, just a willingness to come as you are. Please join us in this unique space for sisterhood - a space without any agendas other than simply Being worthy of giving and receiving love.

We're happy to share that Bridging Worlds has been selected for an Engage Grant to support our work with Fort Wayne Sister Song Circle!

This encouragement and direct support will help us to continue to build bridges across education, arts, community, and culture alongside our partner organizations Sophia's Portico and Beacon Heights Church of the Brethren. Every step forward is made possible by the people who believe in the importance of this work and this unique community programming!

This past week, our Sister Song Circle had the honor of presenting at the Women's Caucus Conference at the Grand Wayne Center.

Together with women-led partner organizations, Sophia's Portico and Beacon Heights Church as well as our special cofacilitators Zdenka, and Luna, we shared simple songs of unity, belonging, and hope with women from across the country.

Thank you to Pastor Anna Lisa and everyone who welcomed us so warmly. We left encouraged and grateful for the reminder that simple songs sung in community can build bridges across generations, faith traditions and connect hearts in real time!

Sisters & Friends,

You’re warmly invited to an Intergenerational Village Supper & Sister Song Circle, held in Fort Wayne every last Thursday of the month. ✨

🌿 This year, our circle will be facilitated in a more co-creative way, rooted in the wisdom that we are the ones we’ve been waiting for. Each woman is invited to bring a short poem, reflection, dream, song, or piece of literature that moved her during the month, should she feel called to share.

🦋 This is a time for being together—to kindle our inner light, explore gentle mindfulness practices, and weave our voices in a safe, nurturing sisterhood.

🦋 All who identify as women are welcome, including mothers with children (all dependents welcome!). No musical experience needed. Together, we’ll share simple songs and mantras from cultures around the world.

🌸What: Sister Song Circle + Potluck Supper
*Please bring a main dish to share
🌸When: Last Thursday of each month
🌸Time: 5:00–7:00 PM
🌸Where: Beacon Heights 2810 Beacon Street, Fort Wayne, IN 46805
🌸Contribution: $5 per family

*Children will eat with us, then enjoy a meaningful movie with a chaperone.

🌹 This offering is lovingly supported by three local, female-led organizations: Bridging Worlds, Sophia’s Portico, and Beacon Heights.

🌎 We honor all spiritual paths, respect the ancient tradition of women’s circles, and celebrate music and singing as heart medicine—so deeply needed in today’s world.
