Member Vicky Hays just finished this little Petit Project from EGA. Lady Liberty is a free download for members and a nice little project for this time of year. She is sitting on a small bottle so that is why there are waves. The heart is from a class at EGA National Seminar last fall.

We are working on these stars for an exhibit at the Avenir museum in Ft. Collins this fall. We need a total of 64 and currently have 42 done thanks to lots of volunteer stitchers in our chapter, other RMREGA members and other cross stitchers in Colorado. Thanks to designer Pamela Kellogg for the wonderful patterns and permission to share the patterns with our stitchers. The Colorado Star pattern is one I developed.

EGA’s Stitch in Public Day is coming up soon. Join the Rocky Mountain Chapter on Saturday, February 7 from 2:30-4:30 at Harmony Library in Ft. Collins. If you stitch please feel free to bring a project along with you.

We held our annual holiday party tonight at Deb’s fabulous home. And there were 10 of us there from our chapter plus Jennifer’s sister. Great food, great company, great fun. And aren’t those ornaments wonderful?
