Larimer County Genealogical Society Welcome to our society! Interested in a fun and exciting hobby? Our society loves to promote genealogy and family history to all ages. Collins Senior Center.

Plan on visiting our website or page or please attend any of our monthly events, even if visiting in the area. We have meetings every third Saturday of each month except December at 10:00 AM on Zoom and in person at the Ft. We invite knowledgeable speakers, who present informative and interesting subjects at our meetings and workshops.

Member Sherrie Farnell created this wonderful 250th Anniversary quilt of the Signers of the Constitution for our Education Chair Bob Larson. Bob hung her quilt on his stairway wall as shown below.
Besides in the main image, around the two left and right inside edges are images of the framers of the Constitution! "We the People..." is the first paragraph of the U.S Constitution included in the background! Sherrie also creates patriotic quilts for one of Bob's non-profit veteran groups as a tribute to her military veteran son! Thank you Sherrie for all those magnificent and beautiful quilts!

DT Volunteers Joan Leathery and Bob Larson took their veterans family to the Denver Zoo on May 7th as pictured here. The Zoo had many animal and flower decorations besides all the animals, other wildlife, and lots of shows to see!

LCGS past presidents Ken Goldsberry (left) and Bob Larson (right) as pictured below take another veteran and his wife to the Denver Zoo on Thursday, May 7th. It was a beautiful day and the group saw many animals, other wildlife, and several shows!
