In a time when many companies are quietly backing away from LGBTQ+ visibility and inclusion, some businesses are still choosing to publicly stand for dignity, safety, and equality.
That's why we wrote a new Substack article called:
“Companies Still Choosing Inclusion”
It explores why visible support still matters — especially for transgender people — and includes a growing list of companies that have publicly supported LGBTQ+ inclusion through workplace protections, healthcare access, advocacy, employee support programs, and public engagement.
This is not about claiming companies are perfect.
It’s about recognizing that inclusion has real-world impact:
• helping LGBTQ+ employees feel safer
• normalizing dignity and belonging
• encouraging other businesses to do better
• reminding LGBTQ+ people they are not alone
The article also talks about the difference between performative allyship and meaningful support and why many LGBTQ+ people notice who continues showing up when things become difficult.
We hope this becomes a helpful resource for LGBTQ+ people, parents, allies, and anyone who wants to support businesses working toward inclusion.
