August is here, and with it comes the transition back to school, new routines, fuller calendars, and shifting schedules.

Yoga for Changemakers is tonight. As routines shift and the pace starts picking back up, this is a chance to slow things down—to breathe, move, and make some room for yourself.

This donation-based class is designed for people working to create change in the world who need time to rest, release stress, and replenish.
