Countdown to Tee-Off: Everything You Need to Know for the 23rd Annual APA Charity Golf Tournament

Well, it is hard to believe, but the 23rd Annual Alpha Phi Alpha Golf Tournament is only days away! We are looking forward to seeing you and know you are going to have a fantastic time.

Here is everything you need to know for tournament day:
7:00 AM – Registration and check-in open (grab your gift bag and raffle ticket!).
8:00 AM – Putting competition begins. It’s a 50/50 raffle, so the more putts you take, the larger the pot and the more cash you take home! Initial putt is $10, and additional putts are just $5 each. The driving range will also be open for warm-ups.
9:00 AM – Welcome and rules overview.
9:30 AM – Sh***un start!

We have more than 20 teams participating this year. As you navigate the course, keep an eye out for the closest-to-the-pin and longest-drive competitions for both men and women. We will also have two refreshment carts traveling throughout the course to keep everyone hydrated.

And don't forget, our Hole-in-One prize is a cool $10,000.

After you play, join us for our luncheon where we will draw raffle tickets—every golfer will walk away with a prize!

Thank you so much for joining us to raise money for our scholarship endowment and help young men pursue their educational dreams.

(Bro. Buckner post) - What a blessing it was to speak with our I AM ALPHA (I am always learning positive habits and attributes) Beaus today at Fayetteville State University about "Securing the Scholarship Bag".

A big shout-out to Bro. Figgs for his timely presentation on the importance of voting, and to Bro. Womble for his continued dedication to overseeing our mentoring program. This year, 13 young men are participating in our mentorship program.

Congratulations to each of them and their parents for trusting Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. with your sons.

Since launching I AM ALPHA in 2007, the mentoring program has run annually from October through June, culminating each year in our signature Beautillion Ball. We are so proud of our Beaus and honored to build tomorrow's leaders.
