Fayetteville Police Department District Attorney Billy West The Fayetteville Observer Cumberland County District Attorney's Office WRAL TV WRAL Gilbert Baez can someone please tell me why justice was not served in my son's case when there was a CLEAR case of negligence? Can someone tell me why the CLEAR incompetence/mishandling of this cas the Fayetteville Police was not addresses? What if this was your child?
🚨UPDATE: Keyana Snow (B/F, 35), was operating a 2005 Ford Expedition traveling South on Gillis Hill Rd. A 17 year old male passenger was pronounced deceased on scene.
Dylan McLaughlin (W/M, 25), was operating a 2019 Dodge Charger traveling North on Gillis Hill Rd. Bethany Tolson (W/F, 24) and Raibeon Golden (B/M, 30) were passengers in the Dodge Charger. All three occupants were transported to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Melissa McAllister (B/F, 50), was operating a 2018 Cadillac Escalade. She was treated for her injuries on scene. 🚨

On June 8, 2022, at 3:45 pm, officers with the Fayetteville Police Department were dispatched to a traffic crash along Gillis Hill Road.
The crash involved three vehicles. One occupant has been pronounced deceased on scene and at least three other occupants have been transported to the hospital in critical condition.
Gillis Hill Road has been closed between Raeford Road and Stoney Point Road while members of the Fayetteville Police Department’s Traffic Unit investigate the crash.
