🎉 Congratulations to Fayetteville Academy student Callie Tisdale on being named the 2026 North Carolina State Civics Bee Champion! 🎉

Callie earned her place at the state competition after winning the Greater Fayetteville Chamber's Regional Civics Bee last month. Today, she continued her remarkable journey by taking first place at the North Carolina State Finals held at NC State University's James B. Hunt Library in Raleigh.

The National Civics Bee encourages middle school students to engage in civics, government, and community problem-solving by identifying challenges in their communities and proposing solutions rooted in civic engagement and our nation's founding principles.

We are incredibly proud of Callie for representing our region with excellence, confidence, and a passion for civic leadership. Her achievement reflects the bright future of our community and our country.

Next stop: Washington, D.C.! 🇺🇸
