Good tips!

We run with our legs AND our arms! 💪 A powerful, efficient arm swing can make a huge difference in speed. Over the years, I’ve optimized my arm swing by focusing on keeping my arms close to my sides and actively engaging them. I do this more intentionally when I'm running fast. I try to keep my arms bent at around 90°, not flailing around.
