Meal account balances will carry over into the following school year and refunds are not necessary for returning students. For students leaving the District with $10 or more in their account, households will automatically receive a refund in the mail at the end of the year.

Requests for refunds, transfers to siblings, or donations of funds remaining in accounts are accommodated if made by June 15. Requests can be made by a listed guardian by going online to the Meal Account Request Form: https://ow.ly/TzQ450Z2Uaj

Just a reminder regarding the powerschool changes coming this summer.

In July, parents who are listed as contact 1 or 2 for a student currently can expect an email from Fargo Schools with an invitation to accept their new Campus Parent account.
Because SchoolPay was tied so closely to PowerSchool and we don’t want to lose the history parents have in that application and their association with their children for online payments, we are going to also invite parents to log into SchoolPay. The Campus Parent application won’t have a direct connection with SchoolPay, so parents will be asked to log in separately on that system.
Once we have the new forms processing system up and running, we will announce that parents can use their new Campus Parent accounts to log in and review and update their child’s information and provide permissions and signatures. The forms themselves will look different, but the summer review process itself will be similar. Just click Next through the forms to confirm each screen of information is up to date (and update if it isn’t), then click submit at the end. We are hoping to have the forms ready around the same time as the invitation to accept Campus Parent accounts, so that initial log in can lead right to the forms review and allow parents to get both tasks done at once.
Once we have our live Infinite Campus site up and running, we will be able to put together instructions with screenshots for parents to follow
