Distressed Children and Infants International – North Dakota (DCI.ND) is a local chapter initiated on December 29th, 2015 to serve children in Bangladesh, India, Nepal, and Nicaragua. Distressed Children & Infants International (DCI) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit international organization registered in the United States and operating around the world to improve the socio-economic, education and heal
th conditions of the underprivileged children worldwide. Sreejon made significant contributions to the society through his selfless volunteer work locally and abroad and served as a role model for young people and a source of inspiration for all. He won the 2015 DCI Youth Leadership Award for his significant contributions towards humanity and being such an inspiration for his fellow mates. DCI-ND dedicates all it’s activities towards the memory of Sreejon Lala. DCI-ND have raised more than $35,000 starting from 2015 and supported DCI children with numerous eye surgeries, served health camps for more than 600 students, launched DCI-ND scholarship, and video learning projects. It has donated one generator and a projector for training center and all of these were possible with tremendous support of wonderful volunteers & donors. Please join and support DCI-ND.
