Big news! Breakfast & Bibles is now Faith Talk, and it's expanding to Bismarck 🎉

The gathering itself is unchanged. Same 8:00 to 9:30 AM, same coffee, same message from a leader who has done the work of following Jesus inside a real organization. The name simply tells the truth about what happens in the room.

Most professionals spend the majority of their waking hours at work, and most have never been given a place to ask what faith looks like there. Over five gatherings we've watched that change, one room at a time.

We're planning boldly and holding it loosely.

Welcome to the board, Greg Anderson!

Some of you heard Greg at last year's conference. He spent more than three decades at Inspiration Point Christian Camp and Retreat Center in Minnesota, first as director and then as president, working in strategic planning, organizational culture, and resource development.

Board seats aren't honorary here. Greg spent a career building culture inside a ministry, which is exactly the work we're asking leaders to do inside their own organizations.

Meet Nate Douglas, a leader proving you can grow a mission without losing its soul. We're honored to have him at the 2026 Faith Forward Conference.

Nate is the Executive Director of The Perry Center, a Christ-centered residential program that walks alongside women facing unexpected pregnancies. Under his leadership, the ministry has grown its capacity to serve more women while holding onto what makes it work: a deeply relational, Gospel-first approach built on hope, dignity, and personal responsibility.

That's the tension every leader knows, how to grow without losing what matters. Nate's story is a picture of doing both, and of what it looks like to lead a mission that restores lives and strengthens families.
