Our Impact Officer, Data Analyst, and Program Director for the Regional Training Center are helping design systems that create seamless support, stronger services, & better outcomes for children and families. They will represent Building Blocks so well at the The National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) Conference in December. 🧡💛💙

We’ve got spirit, yes we do! 💙💛🧡 We are so proud to be a part of this organization & the work we can do for children, families, & educators. After 4️⃣ days of curriculum training, the RTC is ready to take what we’ve learned and share with all of our sites.

Over the last two years, our CEO & HR Director l have been working hard to create a much needed resource for educators: The Sub Pool. Our partnership with Monroe Smart Start has helped grow this project and so far we’ve been able to share the work locally and at the state-level.

This dynamic duo has officially been offered the chance to share The Substitute Pool with colleagues NATIONWIDE. Building Blocks is so honored to attend the The National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) Conference at the end of the year.

Proud to have intentional leadership at our agency! Way to go, Aleisha & Ashley! 👏🏻
