Diverse servant leaders transforming community.

To develop effective leaders committed to using diversity and creativity for the betterment of the community. Leadership Everyone, through its staff and volunteers, teaches people to identify their passion for community improvement, to make a commitment to create a better community, and to take responsibility for making sustainable changes. These attitudes, skills, and processes are taught to adults, youth, organizations, not-for-profits, businesses, educational institutions, neighborhood associations, churches, and other leadership programs. Our Vision
The Vision of Leadership Everyone remains timely over the years because LE continues to transform as we discover new ways to build and sustain communities. Founded in 1976 by a group of future-thinking local leaders, LE’s original commitment to community-wide betterment remains unique and strong. Leadership Everyone:
- Brings together people with different talents, gifts, and perspectives
- Transforms these individuals into leaders who embrace the concept of community trusteeship and the collaborative process
- Develops in them an understanding of how today’s leaders function, and teaches them the skills to apply this knowledge
- Teaches effective processes, especially visioning a preferred future, consensus decision-making, and collaboration
- Provides real life opportunities to use their knowledge, skills, and processes through practice and performance

We’re so proud to see our friend and community partner Aaron Huff recognized with the 2026 Distinguished Administrator Award!

Leadership Everyone has had the privilege of working closely with Aaron and the Benjamin Bosse High School community, and we see firsthand the thought, care, and commitment he brings to creating opportunities for students and strengthening our community.

This recognition is so well deserved. Congratulations, Mr. Huff! 👏

We're proud to recognize Mr. Aaron D. Huff, Principal of Benjamin Bosse High School in Evansville, as a recipient of the 2026 Administrators of Color Conference Distinguished Administrator Award.

Throughout his career, Mr. Huff has served students in many roles, from after-school coordinator and school counselor to high school dean, junior high principal, and, since 2018, principal of Benjamin Bosse High School.

At Bosse, his leadership has focused on creating opportunities for students, including developing innovative public-private partnerships that connect education with future career pathways. His commitment to educational leadership has also extended nationally through his service as president of the association representing secondary school principals.

Mr. Huff’s career demonstrates that great administrators do more than lead schools; they create opportunities for the students and adults they serve.
