Leadership Everyone

Leadership Everyone Diverse servant leaders transforming community. Our Mission:
Diverse servant leaders transforming community.

To develop effective leaders committed to using diversity and creativity for the betterment of the community. Leadership Everyone, through its staff and volunteers, teaches people to identify their passion for community improvement, to make a commitment to create a better community, and to take responsibility for making sustainable changes. These attitudes, skills, and processes are taught to adul

ts, youth, organizations, not-for-profits, businesses, educational institutions, neighborhood associations, churches, and other leadership programs. Our Vision
The Vision of Leadership Everyone remains timely over the years because LE continues to transform as we discover new ways to build and sustain communities. Founded in 1976 by a group of future-thinking local leaders, LE’s original commitment to community-wide betterment remains unique and strong. Leadership Everyone:
- Brings together people with different talents, gifts, and perspectives
- Transforms these individuals into leaders who embrace the concept of community trusteeship and the collaborative process
- Develops in them an understanding of how today’s leaders function, and teaches them the skills to apply this knowledge
- Teaches effective processes, especially visioning a preferred future, consensus decision-making, and collaboration
- Provides real life opportunities to use their knowledge, skills, and processes through practice and performance

We’re getting closer! Leadership Everyone has now raised $42,643.85 toward our $50,000 year-end goal — with the deadline coming up May 31.

Thank you to everyone who has already supported this campaign and helped us continue building a community where everyone can lead.

Last week, we experienced a temporary issue with our donation form affecting some credit card and ACH transactions. The issue has now been resolved. If you attempted to give and experienced trouble, we invite you to try again.

Help us close the final gap before May 31:

What happens when we truly listen to communities and invite everyone to the table?

On this episode of The Everyone Effect, Lynn talks with Jaimie Sheth, CEO of the JD Sheth Foundation about servant leadership, global impact, and the power of collaboration.

From building schools internationally to supporting housing, neighborhood revitalization, and Glenwood Leadership Academy right here in Evansville, Jaimie’s work is rooted in dignity, inclusion, and meeting people where they are.

Systems-thinking pioneer Peter Senge, author of The Fifth Discipline, teaches that shared visions emerge from personal visions. People care deeply about family, community, and the world—not just self-interest. Servant leaders encourage individuals to articulate their personal vision first, because true caring is always personal.

💡 Practice: Ask someone on your team: “What do you really want to achieve?”

WHO IS PETER SENGE?
Peter Senge is a systems scientist and author of The Fifth Discipline, often called the “father of learning organizations.” His vision-building skills and emphasis on shared purpose shape the foundations of Leadership Everyone’s leadership teachings.

LE does a lot of work with schools and teachers. We bring teachers through the retreat, and with their help, we teach leadership skills to their students. We know how hard they work and how much they care, and our communities would not be the same without them. Make sure the teachers in your life know they are appreciated today and always!
