A heartfelt thank-you to our 36th Annual Cornette Ball Chairs, Ashley Vezzoso-Schaefer and Steve Schaefer, and our Presidential Sponsor, Garmong, for helping make Under the Dome an unforgettable celebration!

Ashley and Steve’s special connection to West Baden Springs Hotel made this year’s event especially meaningful as guests gathered to celebrate the history and timeless beauty of the 8th Wonder of the World while supporting a mission that changes children’s lives.

One of many weekend highlights was introducing the West Baden Billiard and Bowling Pavilion for Friday night’s welcome reception, hosted by French Lick Resort. The space was a hit, and guests couldn’t stop raving about it! ❤️

Together, our Cornette Ball family raised $466,300, helping grow the Pediatric Mobile Dental Clinic’s endowment to an incredible $1.74 million! This generosity is an investment in the future of the clinic and its mission to provide essential dental care to children who might otherwise go without it.

Did you know that St. Vincent de Paul originally entered the priesthood seeking a life of comfort and personal gain?

Yet, God had a much bigger plan. Through a profound conversion of heart, Vincent transformed into a tireless, fierce advocate for the poor and vulnerable. He began to see the face of Jesus in everyone he served, constantly pushing himself to do more because he believed the need for love and care always exceeded his own time and energy.

This Sunday, Sept. 27, we honor his incredible life and legacy. ✨

His spirit lives on through the Daughters of Charity—the community he co-founded with Louise de Marillac in 1633—who today entrust us to carry this mission forward at Ascension St. Vincent Indiana.

To our incredible associates, dedicated volunteers, and generous donors: you are the hands and feet of this sacred, divine calling. Thank you for helping us continue this vital work every single day! 💙

Service in action! 💙

Today for United Way’s Day of Caring and the National Day of Service and Remembrance, Ascension St. Vincent Evansville associates got out into the community to lend a helping hand.

Our volunteers put compassion into action alongside local leaders at Habitat for Humanity of Evansville, Mesker Park Zoo & Botanic Garden, Dream Center Evansville, Easterseals Rehabilitation Center, YMCA of Southwestern IN, Seton Harvest, and Granted.

We are deeply grateful to serve in a community where caring for others is a shared commitment. Thank you to everyone making Evansville a better place to !

🇺🇸✨ Rags to Riches Bingo Night was a BIG win! ✨🇺🇸

The Foundation is so thankful for partners like the Ascension St. Vincent Auxiliary! Last night, they hosted the 4th Annual Rags to Riches Bingo Night and raised an incredible $18,000 for Ascension St. Vincent's Student Scholarship Program. Scholarships are presented every May to students in need of financial support. 🎓❤️

Evansville Surgical Associates sponsored the evening, and the theme celebrated the 250th anniversary of the founding of our country. Once again, our guests did not disappoint! From patriotic outfits to plenty of enthusiasm, the spirit of the night was something to celebrate.

🏆 Congratulations to Evansville Surgical Associates for taking home the Spirit Award for most spirit, and congratulations to all of the lucky game winners!

There were plenty of winners last night but the biggest winner is our hospital, thanks to the continued support of generous donors and community partners who believe in investing in our associates and the future of healthcare.

🎉 TOMORROW: ROCKIN’ OUT THE TA-TAS! 🎉

The American Legion Riders of Newburgh IN chapter 44 and American Legion Newburgh 44 are hosting a day of riding, fun and fundraising — and we’re grateful they are gifting the Ascension St. Vincent Evansville Foundation with a donation to support access to breast cancer screenings. 💗

This is such a fun event for an incredibly important cause — bringing our community together to raise awareness and support the fight against breast cancer. 💕

Get your pink on and decorate your bike, jeep, car, or vehicle for the ride! 🎀🏍️🚗 There will be prizes for the best-decorated rides!

🎁The American Legion Riders do a great job securing gift baskets for their Basket Raffle. Among the many baskets you will find a🎯 Marauder 5.0 Electronic Dart Board donated by Escalade Sports and an Ascension St. Vincent Auxiliary Gift Shop basket valued at $175+.

They also have individual item ticket raffles, like the one for a chance to win the pictured beautiful blue-stone ring!
