It exists for the betterment of the community, primarily through the inspiration and motivation of the youth. With the opening of our community center in 2020, we have been able to provide a safe space filled with resources, such as washers and dryers, a food and hygiene pantry, free Wi-Fi on provided computers and tablets, a clothing bank, a community garden, multiple recreational table games, an

d a library for the kids in the surrounding area and more. Y&E strives to be a leading organization that actively promotes positive youth empowerment. It is the passionate desire of the Young & Established movement for youth and young adults to realize their self-worth and potential, establish and reach goals, become successful members of their communities, and to fulfill their dreams!

We’re excited to welcome JarDan Ramon and Ti’Ackquien “Coach T” Douglas as guest speakers for this year’s Boys to Men Conference.

JarDan is the Founder and Executive Director of Eight12 Run Club Through running, boxing, breathwork, and meditation, he helps people improve both their physical and mental health. His message is simple: health is wealth, and he is passionate about helping people become the best version of themselves.

Coach T is the Founder and CEO of ATO Fitness and serves as Director of Programming for Eight12 Run Club. With more than a decade of coaching experience, he specializes in strength and conditioning, sports performance, nutrition, and mindset development. He is dedicated to helping people build confidence, reach their goals, and create lasting change through discipline and purpose.

Both of these men are making a positive impact in our community, and we can’t wait for our young men to hear their stories, learne from their experiences, and be inspired by their journeys.

Does anyone have a connection with Painting with a Twist⁠? We would love to bring a group of Y&E kids for a painting experience. We’re looking at around 20–25 youth and would love to explore any partnership or group opportunities. If you have a contact or can make an introduction, please let us know. Thank you!

Need to Feed Giveaway is every Wednesday at Young & Established, located at 1308 Vann Avenue. We begin serving at 12:00 PM. No ID or information is required to receive food.

We are grateful for the opportunity to serve our community and help families access the resources they need. We look forward to seeing you on Wednesday.
