Day 31: As we wrap up May, what’s one thing you’ll keep doing to create more good days together?

Mental Health Month may be ending, but the journey toward wellness continues every single day. Over the last 31 days, we’ve explored habits, boundaries, and connections that help us thrive. The goal wasn’t just to get through May, it was to build a toolkit for the rest of the year. Creating "More Good Days" is a practice. By carrying these lessons forward, we continue to support ourselves and one another long after the calendar turns.

What is one habit or mindset from this challenge that you’re taking with you into June? Let’s keep the conversation going! 👇

Day 30: What’s something that gives you hope?

Hope is the belief that things can get better, and it’s one of the most resilient parts of the human spirit. It doesn't mean ignoring the hard stuff; it means trusting that the hard stuff isn't the end of the story. Whether it’s seeing a community come together, witnessing a small act of kindness, or noticing the change of seasons, hope keeps us moving forward. It’s the light that guides us toward "More Good Days."

We’d love to know: What is one thing that’s giving you hope today? Share it in the comments! 👇

Day 29: What’s one thing you can do today to support someone else?

Supporting others doesn't always require a grand gesture. Often, it’s the smallest acts of kindness that have the biggest impact, a sincere compliment, an offer to help with a task, or simply being a focused, non-judgmental listener. When we reach out to support those around us, we aren't just helping them; we’re strengthening the bonds of our entire community and reminding each other that no one has to walk their path alone.

What’s your simple act of kindness for today? Let’s inspire some "good moments" in the comments! 👇

Day 28: What’s a word that describes how “a good day” feels to you?

"A good day" doesn't have to be a perfect day. For some, it feels like peace. For others, it might feel like connection, accomplishment, or simply balance. When we identify the feeling we're chasing, it becomes much easier to find the small moments that lead us there. Taking a second to name that feeling helps us recognize it when it arrives, rather than letting it pass us by unnoticed.

If you had to sum up a "good day" in just one word, what would it be? Drop your word in the comments! 👇

Day 27: What’s something that helps you reset when the day feels heavy?

We all have days where the weight of our responsibilities or emotions feels a bit more intense. Recognizing when you’re reaching your limit is a strength, not a weakness. Finding a "reset button", whether it’s a five-minute walk, a favorite song, or simply stepping away from your screens, allows you to clear the mental fog and start fresh. A reset doesn’t fix everything, but it gives you the breathing room to handle whatever comes next with a little more clarity.

What’s your go-to "reset" activity? Let us know in the comments! 👇

Day 26: What’s one way you practice patience, with yourself or others?

Patience isn't just about waiting; it’s about how we behave while we’re waiting. In a world that demands instant results, giving yourself permission to be a "work in progress" is a radical act of self-care. Whether it's taking a deep breath before responding to a difficult email or silencing your inner critic when you make a mistake, patience creates the space we need to grow without the pressure of perfection.

How do you hit the "pause button" when things get hectic? Share your patience-building tips below! 👇

Day 25: What’s a reminder you wish everyone knew about mental health?

If there is one thing to remember this month, it’s this: Mental health is just health. It isn’t a destination you reach or a box you check, it’s a continuous journey of checking in with yourself and others. You don’t have to wait until you’re "struggling" to prioritize your well-being, and you certainly don't have to carry your burdens in silence. We all have mental health, and we all deserve the grace to take care of it.
