Please join us in celebrating our May Girls of the Month!

Congratulations to Sarah C. Rees of St. Bernards Academy and Evelyn Seeman of Eureka High School for this well-deserved recognition. We are so proud to honor these outstanding young women and the positive impact they are making in our community.

We were also honored to hear from our guest speaker, Kacy Tonkin, who graciously shared her story of resilience, perseverance, and success with both our Girls of the Month and club members. Her words were inspiring and a wonderful reminder of the strength and potential within every young woman.

Congratulations again to Sarah and Evelyn. We can’t wait to see all that your futures hold!

Each year, Soroptimist International of Humboldt Bay awards funding to local organizations that make a meaningful impact. We’re proud to support women and girls in our community through our annual Club Giving Program, and applications are now open. Grants typically range from $500 to $5,000, and funding is awarded based on community need and the strength of each application.

Last year, we were honored to give $16,000 back to our community and we’re excited to continue that impact this year. The application deadline is April 24th. If your organization is working to uplift women and girls, we encourage you to apply.

What a night at High Heels for Healing. We’re still smiling thinking about all the laughter, the cheers, and of course the unforgettable high heel performances. We are so grateful to everyone who showed up, supported the cause, and helped make the night so special.

Our sponsors, volunteers, and every guest who attended are what make this event so impactful. Because of you, we’re able to continue supporting and uplifting women and girls in our community. Thank you for being part of such a joyful night and an even greater purpose. We'll see you next year!
