TCIL is looking for Student Volunteers. If you are a High School or College student then we have volunteer opportunities for you.

You can fill out the QR form on our website to be interviewed for a volunteer position. We have several opportunities throughout the year for volunteer work but our biggest volunteer day would be for our EXPO in October.

Sign up now so you can be trained, and ready to help support us over the months leading up to the EXPO, the EXPO and after the EXPO.

The Youth Coordinator recruits, educates, empowers, and serves youth with disabilities regarding disability-related issues, resources, advocacy, peer support, and transitioning into adulthood.
Spanish language skills preferred.

The salary range is $19.00-$22.50. Competitive compensation and benefits.

Del Norte Disability Pride Block Party is taking place July 24th from 10 am-2 pm. This will be our 2nd annual block party to celebrate the diversity within the disability community.

Through our mission “To promote the philosophy of Independent Living, to connect individuals with services, and work to create an accessible community so that people with disabilities can have control over their lives and full access to the communities in which they live.” We provide support, resources, and information/referrals. Our Disability Pride Block Party is one way we show our support.

Save the Date!!!

Eureka Disability Pride is looking for vendors who are willing to table and provide an activity for the day of the event. We have several organizations attending and would welcome more.

This event will take place July 25th
from 11am- 4 pm. at the Adorni Center.

This will also be Eureka's Get out and Play Day, so join us for Disability Pride and enjoy your Get Out and PLay Day with us.

Tri-County Independent Living is looking for local vendors, artisans, and co-ops to donate items or gift cards to thier EXPO. The EXPO is a great time to share your resources and provide a local non-profit with much needed supplies to support the disabled and aging communities.

As a local organization we strive to support the local businesses in the Humboldt, Trinity, and Del Norte Counties. If you would like to contribute to the EXPO and provide some gift cards, food, refreshments, and other items that we can share with our community, or a raffle prize for our EXPO raffle then please use the QR codes on the images or reach out to [email protected], [email protected], or [email protected]
