Through My Sister’s Closet, families can receive 15 items per person in their household including clothing, shoes, undergarments, dresses, T-shirts, and more.

But we don’t stop there. Each family can also receive:
A set of dishes
A small kitchen appliance
And other household essentials to help make a house feel like home.

My Sister’s Closet is about more than clothes. It’s about dignity, confidence, comfort, and a little extra support when it’s needed most.

You deserve to feel good. Your family deserves to have what they need.

Learning, connecting, and bringing so much information back with us.

We are grateful to be at the Partners for Change Conference, surrounded by so many passionate people working to create meaningful change in our communities. We’re soaking up the knowledge, making connections, and leaving inspired to continue the work we do every day.

We’re proud to share that our Executive Director, Rachel McVay, is continuing her involvement with Rotary!

At the YWCA, we believe strong communities are built through connection, collaboration, and service. We’re excited to see Rachel continue building relationships and representing the YWCA’s mission alongside other community leaders through her ongoing work with Rotary.

Congratulations, Rachel!

Congratulations to these Enid Rotary Club members.

There are a lot of things we do at YWCA Enid, but these five? Never.

Our work is rooted in safety, dignity, advocacy, empowerment, and the belief that no one should have to navigate hard things alone.

This is what it means to show up for our community.
This is what it means to be a YWCA.

Want to be part of something meaningful? We’d love to have you join us! Whether you have an hour to give, a special skill to share, or simply a heart for helping others, there’s a place for you here.

Some moments stay with you. ❤️

Part 2 of our PWP recap captures some of the most powerful moments of the day. Hearing from a survivor, celebrating an extraordinary woman in our community, and reflecting on the people who make this work possible.

Congratulations to our 2026 Woman of the Year, Connie Sturgeon. Your compassion, leadership, and commitment to making our community stronger remind us what it looks like to show up for others. We are so honored to celebrate you.

And as we close this chapter, we also want to say thank you, Courtney Dennis . For years of showing up, speaking up, advocating fiercely, and pouring your heart into the YWCA and the people we serve. Your dedication has left a lasting impact that will continue long after this chapter ends.

To every survivor who has shared their story: we see you, we believe you, and we stand with you.

Here’s to the women who lead, the survivors who inspire, and the people who refuse to stop doing the work. 💜
