Every pair of socks and every meal is an act of advocacy. It's about ensuring that no neighbor in Enid is invisible or without basic needs. This is the lines for meals. We are serving about 100 meals per day.

A simple free meal provides immediate physical relief, prevents severe hunger, and offers a safe entry point for support services.

As we continue this outreach we are reminded that our community's generosity is what makes this dignity possible.

Stop by 112 S. Jackson (Mon-Wed, 12-5pm) to join the mission. Volunteer to make meals or cookies, or Volunteer to support people who are struggling with housing stability.

Come in and visit about how our resource center works.

Update: Cody’s needs have been filled. We appreciate the our pouring of love and support. He got his mattress. Cody is very grateful for everything!

If you have anything else you want to give please use the donation shed. Open Friday to Sunday 8- 8 pm. Mark it Cody so we know to give it to him.

We met Cody 4 or 5 years ago. He was unsheltered living mostly on the Streets. Two years ago he lost his mother to cancer. Cody worked his way out of homelessness one step at a time. It all started with community support. He got his basic needs met. Then he was able to get confidence to get a job. We were so proud to see him succeed.

Then he found job as turbine mechanic. His new job took him from state to state all over the country. He returned home few times to check up on us.

Several months ago Cody got laid off because of the heat. He saved enough money to buy a camper and a truck that needed work. He also purchased an old car. Cody loves people. He has been volunteering for us anytime he is not working.

Cody needs a few things for his camper. See comments below.

He is also looking for job locally. If you are interested in hiring someone.

Cody has fought his way out of homelessness and been great help to Enid SOS. He has given more than we have given to him. Last year he showed up to have Christmas with us.

Building a home starts with building hope.
While we celebrate milestones, we know the path to stability starts with basic dignity. Beyond our daily meals, Enid SOS offers showers, bathrooms, and laundry services every Monday-Wednesday from 12-5pm. These essentials are what allow our neighbors to focus on the future. permission granted for pictures

Menu: chicken rice& broccoli casserole and a chocolate brownie bar. Many volunteers help putting meals together.
