Meet Thomas, one of our newest Hope Outreach team members! 👋

Yesterday, we moved 14 pallets of Christmas into the store, and there was just one little problem… Thomas had never used a pallet jack before!

So, what did we do? We put him to work! 💪

A little practice, a little patience, and a whole lot of doing later… Thomas is officially a pallet jack pro! 👏👏😎

At Hope Outreach, we believe in giving people the opportunity to learn new skills, build confidence, and grow.

Sometimes, the best training is simply getting in there and doing it. ❤️

Help process donations and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.

🛍️ Cashier & Floor Support
Serve customers, operate the register, and help keep our sales floor stocked and welcoming.

Hope Works is Hope Outreach’s employment ministry, created to help people overcome barriers to employment and build a pathway toward long-term, sustainable careers by gaining the skills and experience they need to move forward toward greater earning potential and career opportunities.

Hope Outreach provides the job. Hope Works provides the pathway forward. 💙
