Check out this coverage of the amazing ribbon cutting we had!! We are so grateful for all of the families and community partners that came out to celebrate with us! The kids seemed to have had a blast. I hope everyone else did!

Ninja Life Hacks Academy is back up and running!! We are so excited to welcome our 3rd-5th graders back!
They already had their first day on Monday. Hoping the rest of the week can proceed as planned!

Ninja Life Hacks Academy 1st day for Kinder-2nd grade got flooded out. :( we are so sad to have to postpone the start date. Hopefully we can get the situation handled or at least navigated so that we can resume the rest of the week. Wish us luck and/or send prayers!

Who is coming with us?! It's always a good time with Terry L. Mote!

Tai Chi with Terry Mote will be meeting at Government Springs Park this week on May 28 at 12pm! Tai Chi focuses on balance, gentle movement, and relaxation. Weather permitting, we’ll enjoy an afternoon outdoors while practicing calm, low-impact exercises together.

🚨 IMPORTANT NINJA LIFE HACKS ACADEMY UPDATE! 🚨
We are getting so excited for the Ninja Life Hacks Academy summer session starting June 1st at our brand-new downtown location! 🎉

Acceptance notifications have officially been sent out via email and text. Because we have a growing waiting list and limited spots, we need to finalize our rosters quickly. Please read the updates below carefully:

📥 If your child was ACCEPTED:
Check your email and text messages for your official confirmation and the link to the enrollment forms.

DEADLINE: You must complete all enrollment forms by the end of the day this Saturday, May 23rd to secure your child's spot. Unconfirmed spots will be released to the waitlist.

⏳ If you haven't received an acceptance message yet:
Your child is currently on our waitlist.

Because the deadline for the first round of open spots is Saturday night, new spots may become available as early as Sunday!

Keep a close eye on your phone and inbox—the next round of acceptance notifications will go out this Sunday or Monday.

Quick Enrollment Reminders for Accepted Families:

Please fill out a separate form for each child you are enrolling.

To save time, if emergency/pick-up contacts are the same for multiple children, fill them out completely for the first child and just type "Same" for the others.

The Tri-County Family Resource Center is looking for an urgent addition to our team! We need a passionate, energetic, and highly patient Resource Support Specialist (RSS) to join us just in time for our Ninja Life Hacks Academy starting on June 1st!

If you love working with kids and connecting families to great resources, we want to hear from you this week!

🌟 Who We Are Looking For:
High Level of Patience: Someone who truly enjoys guiding, supporting, and working alongside kids.

A People Person: You love building positive relationships with children, parents, and caregivers.

Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish & English is highly preferred!

Experience: Previous experience working with kids is required.

⏰ Hours & Schedule (Part-Time: 25–29 hours/week)
Summer Shift: 11:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Monday – Thursday)

School Year Shift: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM (Monday – Friday)

Note: Occasional evenings and weekends for special events.

💼 Key Responsibilities:
Work with children in our exciting after-school and summer programs (like the upcoming Ninja Life Hacks Academy!).

Help connect local families to vital community resources.

Develop and maintain strong, supportive relationships with FRC members and their families.
