he Enid Symphony Orchestra is kicking off the 2026–2027 New Horizons Series with “Lights, Camera, Action!”, an evening exploring the music that has helped make some of the most memorable moments on screen unforgettable ✨🎞

The evening begins where movie music began: with Charlie Chaplin’s silent film The Immigrant, shown on screen with Charlie Davis’ original score performed live by the orchestra. From there, discover how music can define a scene, creating a sense of wonder, and turn unforgettable moments into cinematic history.

Journey into the vastness of 2001: A Space Odyssey, experience the sweeping beauty of Out of Africa, enter the magical world of Harry Potter, and travel to a galaxy far, far away with The Empire Strikes Back. The evening will also explore the artistry of Japanese video game composers and the emotion of one of baseball cinema’s most memorable moments from The Natural.

From silent films to video games and some of the most recognizable movie music of all time, Lights, Camera, Action! celebrates the music that makes the stories on screen come alive.

Our FINAL performance of the 🍁 Harvest Wine Series 🍷 is Tuesday, August 25th with The Peachtrees, folk/indie/rock band, and it’s going to be a GREAT ONE!

Made up of David Donaldson, Nate Kelley, and Justin Blasier, The Peachtrees were born from an impromptu jam session between coworkers and have since become one of Northwest Oklahoma's favorite live bands. Their high-energy performances have earned them opportunities to open for the legendary rock band Kansas and make multiple appearances on the Margaritaville stage in Tulsa.
