Dear Baseball and Softball Families,
As our season gets underway, we are looking for volunteers to help run the Snack Shack during games. The Snack Shack is a fun way to support our teams and help create a great experience for players and families.
Students in 6th grade and up are welcome to volunteer, and high school students can earn volunteer hours. Your own children are absolutely welcome to help run the shack alongside the adult who is signed up. We ask that children younger than 6th grade always have an adult supervising them.
We are also looking for donations of crockpot meals to sell during games. Chili, soups, pulled pork, mac and cheese, meatballs, and other easy warm meals are always a big hit! Offering a variety of meals helps build community and gives families more options beyond traditional snack shack foods like hot dogs.
If you are able to volunteer for a shift or donate a crockpot meal, please sign up using the volunteer form/sign-up sheet. Snack Shack Sign Up https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1zbDrAAratZPRt2PNFNJzONLg-55SMyAwOgbCaINWMmY/edit?usp=sharing
If you aren’t able to take a shift in the Snack Shack or donate a meal, but would still like to contribute, here is an AYS wish list of needed items. You are also welcome to shop locally and donate items directly if you prefer. AYS Amazon Wish List https://www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/2BOL0GI0IZOCM?ref_=wl_share
Thank you for helping make the season a success,
Snack Shack Committee
