🇺🇸 Representing West Virginia at the Rotary Zone 33/34 Summit! 💙💛

The Rotary Club of Elkins is proud to share a special moment from Williamsburg, Virginia!

During this evening’s official opening dinner of the 2026 Rotary Zone 33/34 Summit, our very own Immediate Past President and current Assistant Governor, Phillips Kolsun, had the distinct honor of carrying the West Virginia State Flag as part of the opening ceremony.

Selected as one of two Emerging Leaders from Rotary District 7545, Phillips is representing our club, district, and the Mountain State while participating in leadership development, networking, and discussions focused on strengthening Rotary’s impact.

👏 What a wonderful opportunity to represent West Virginia and the Rotary Club of Elkins on such a special occasion!

🌎📍 WHERE IN THE WORLD ARE ELKINS ROTARIANS?

📍 Williamsburg, Virginia!

Elkins Rotary Club Immediate Past President and current Rotary District 7545 Assistant Governor Phillips Kolsun is pictured here with the 2026–2027 Rotary Emerging Leaders and Rotary International President-Elect Larry Lunsford!

Phillips was one of just TWO Rotarians from District 7545 selected to participate in the Emerging Leaders program at this year’s Rotary Summit in Williamsburg, Virginia!

Since yesterday, Phillips has been participating in engaging educational sessions focused on marketing and branding, membership growth and engagement, and Rotary’s ongoing efforts to End Polio Now. 🌍

The Summit officially kicks off this evening with an opening dinner, bringing Rotarians together for a weekend of leadership development, fellowship, collaboration, and inspiration.

We’re proud to have Phillips representing the Rotary Club of Elkins and District 7545 as he connects with fellow Rotary leaders, exchanges ideas, and brings new perspectives back to our club and community!

💙💛 Service Above Self — wherever in the world Rotary takes us!
